J.K. Adams MWR-B12-N 12-Bottle Wine Rack, Natural
Product Description Introduced over 25 years ago, our geometrically proportioned wine racks have sold in the millions. They'll fit into virtually any space ¿ and are infinitely expandable. Each wine rack kit comes packed with enough extra joining pins to allow you to add on another rack in the future and another and another as your wine collection grows. Precisely constructed of solid hardwood and put together like tinker toys, the pins seat so snugly into the octagonal beams that no glue is needed for assembly. Each bottle is securely cradled, even in earthquake country. Three finish options allow you to select a casual or more elegant look. Available in unfinished hardwood beams and pins (N); lacquered oak beams and pins (OK ¿ pictured in circle); or Penguin - lacquered oak beams with black pins (PG). Specify choice N, OK, PG Product Description The nice thing about this system is that it is expandable. Kind of like tinker toys you can build tall or wide, depending on the space requirements. The octibeam construction cradles bottles securely, and the design is clean and functional. Reader Reviews This is a nifty wine rack that can be configured to just about any space. If you have a basement, it's best to put it down there -- stable, cool temperature, free from vibration -- and dark. Light is the enemy of wine. I added this to an Adams rack I got about 20 years ago. The holes matched up perfectly. I used glue this time around -- 20-plus bottles weighs quite a bit, and I didn't want to take any chances.
